1. The funny case happened to Patrick Valdokh, the 18-year-old inhabitant of the town of Kostsezhin in the north of Poland. The young man had imprudence to disperse by bicycle to 46 km/h at an allowed speed in 30 km/h. Police officers fined the violator on the basis of a picture and photoradar indications. "Racer" complains that can't determine the speed of the movement as the bicycle isn't equipped with a speedometer. But police officers are sure that restrictions of speed are identical to all participants of traffic, and cyclists, observing restrictions, have to be guided … by intuition. Unclear, as the power calculated the address of the violator as by bicycle there are no registration signs. The young man suspects that he was recognized by the neighbor who works in municipal guards.
