1. The Munich court for a family refused to the woman who was involved in swindle with fictitious marriage, in registration of divorce papers. On the one hand, the court considers that the marriage certficate where the name of the inhabitant of Munich appears, can be considered valid, and with another – specifies that this union officially doesn't exist.
Courts of various instance consider unusual case since 2008. In papers it is said that Anna K. who has arrived to Germany (some years the woman lives in the country and already I obtained nationality) looked for to herself the potential groom. She addressed to the marriage agent, and that acquainted her with the 20-year-old native of India. That, however, wasn't pleasant to Anna as, in her opinion, I was "too lanky". In some days after appointment Anna received by mail the notice that she married that young Indian. The certificate was certified of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The signature of the woman under the document as Anna speaks, was forged. Allegedly, the native of India copied Anna's passport data and used them for registration of fictitious marriage to have opportunity to remain in Germany. Soon after obtaining the marriage certficate Anna appealed to court with the requirement to recognize her marriage illegal. Nevertheless, with court while anything can't help. The court considers that Anna was never married officially, and divorce isn't necessary to her. However thus, as the corresponding paper confirms the return, it can't marry the present boyfriend.

2. In 2004 in Germany the lawyer Juergen Gref got very primchatelny business. It had to protect interests of the old pensioner from the town of Saint-Augustine that near Bonn. The tax service issued to the woman the instruction to pay taxes on the sum of 287 million euro in spite of the fact that its revenue made 17 000 euro. The problem was solved by Gref quickly enough - he wrote only one standard letter to government bodies. But laws of the country allow the lawyer to achieve fee payment proceeding from reduction of the claim sum. Here also the enterprising lawyer made out a bill for 440 000 euro. This fee to it was paid by the state.
